Join us for a special series of events on March 8 to mark International Women’s Day.

This year at NICE, it’s all about celebrating our women and their impressive career journeys, and demonstrating that the possibilities at NICE are endless. All events are open to NICErs of all genders :)

Turning intentions and goals into actions, resolving challenges, and making things happen for you, has a lot to do with how you process situations and build relationships. Our panel of NICE leaders will talk about the many different ways that you can take your career further at NICE.

Can you believe it’s been 2 years? That’s over 700 days!

We are excited to share that we are opening multiple NICE offices and launching the NICE-FLEX model as follows:
• Hoboken, NJ, USA (starting March 21)
• Sandy, UT, USA (starting March 21)
• Ra’anana, Israel (starting March 6)
• London (QVS), UK (starting March 21)
• Southampton, UK (starting March 21)
We all look forward to seeing one another again, and to meeting in person all the NICErs that have joined us over the past 2 years.

How will the NICE-FLEX model work?
The NICE-FLEX model offers us the benefits and flexibility of both working from home and in-person collaboration in our offices, which we all miss.

Together with your manager and team-mates, you will decide which days are the office-based days for your team. These days can even be changed from time to time, as long as team members come together for two days in the office, every week.

Your manager will set a team meeting in the coming week or two to discuss the selection of the team’s 2 office-based days, allowing you sufficient time to plan and prepare for your return to the office on these days.

All office-based employees are expected to attend the office for 2 days a week, in line with the NICE-FLEX model. NICErs that are interested in working more than 2 days a week from the office may do so.
