As your trusted, experienced partner, we'll help you dance your way to more clicks, better engagement, gr

eater sales and captivating creative that moves your target audience. A proud woman-owned, full-service marketing and creative agency, Waltz Creative began as Schipper Design, founded by Kathy Schipper in 2004. Led by a new generation, our diverse team of designers, marketers, strategists and account managers work together and in tandem with you to deliver on-time and on-budget. Home base is San Juan Bautista, California, where we are situated in between the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley and amongst the beauty and bounty of the agriculturally and culturally-rich Central Coast. We are also proud to give back to our community. Founded in 2017, our Creatives for Community program provides local nonprofits with design grants. This annual program allows nonprofits access to services that are often out of reach for small organizations and empowers them to better compete with for-profit counterparts.

Three audiences. One website.

Families looking for resources, providers building their early childhood practice and partner agencies navigating funding opportunities all arrive at the same front door. First 5 Monterey County is committed to supporting young children and families throughout the region, and their site needed to reflect that scope from the first scroll.

The real design challenge was giving each visitor a clear path without making the site feel like three separate experiences stitched together. That meant organizing navigation by audience, building a content hierarchy around the mission and designing a homepage that orients every visitor the moment they arrive.

When a site serves this many people in this many different ways, thoughtful UX is what makes the mission accessible.

Most design decisions feel subjective until the data weighs in.

Great UX goes beyond how a site looks. It guides every visitor deliberately, from first impression to next step, using a process that's collaborative, iterative and built around how real people actually move through a site.

When Enlil first came to us in 2019, they had a concept, a spot in the Shifamed portfolio and a need for a logo and landing page. That's it.

Shifamed builds and develops MedTech companies from the ground up, and we've worked with them and their portfolio for years. For Enlil, that meant starting lean and building from there.

By 2025, the platform had grown into something that needed a brand to match. Enlil's SaaS platform is built to be the backbone of MedTech development, unifying design, manufacturing and compliance for companies at every stage of their journey. The new site needed to communicate that scope clearly without losing the precision the industry expects.

The refreshed brand brings in a palette of deep blues, purples and greens. Illustrated product cards give each platform module its own visual identity while keeping the full offering readable at a glance. A new logo system anchors it all.

Six years from first logo to full rebrand. Redesigns mean even more when you've been there from the start.

Freedom Packaging operates as a concierge-style producer for some of the biggest names in retail. Their clients span frozen food, fresh food, pet food, cannabis and beyond, and the volume and variety of what they manage is genuinely impressive.

When your services cover that much ground, your website has one job: make sure a prospect can figure out exactly where they fit and what comes next. For Freedom Packaging's site, that meant building a clear landing structure, organizing services around how B2B buyers actually evaluate options and giving their sustainability commitment its own space to breathe.

Good UX doesn't announce itself. It just makes the right next step obvious.

Some brands tell you who they are. Others show you.

There is a difference between a brand that looks credible and one that feels credible. For B2B buyers navigating long evaluation cycles and multiple stakeholders, that difference matters more than most brands realize.

How do you know when a B2B brand is being authentic versus aspirational? What do you look for?

Meet Account Manager Tina!

Tina returned to us in 2025 after stepping away to be a full-time mom to her triplets. She brings over 15 years of marketing experience, a sharp instinct for client communication and the kind of energy that makes everything feel more manageable.

When she is not at her desk, you will find her on the sidelines of her kids soccer game, cowbell in hand, cheering them on. Welcome back, Tina.

A strong brand identity does more than create recognition. It shapes how clients feel about working with you, how they talk about you and whether they come back.

Happy 11-year Waltz anniversary to Creative Systems Manager Kaysea, the person who keeps Waltz running behind the scenes.

Kaysea is a true creative spirit fueled by curiosity. Whether she's building with Legos, tending her ever-growing plant collection or diving deep into the world of Star Wars, that same imagination shows up in her work too, including the mixed media art she creates for clients when the opportunity arises. At Waltz, she also manages IT and training, handles bookkeeping duties, coordinates events and celebrations and steps into whatever the team needs, often before anyone has to ask.
