GaSonics Aura 1000 (A1000) System Control Module Upgrade

Reliability and performance are greatly enhanced through an upgraded touch screen or mouse interface and CPU. The touch screen is provided for a visual display of events, as they occur, to prompt the operator and to assist in setup and maintenance. It includes a console and enclosure that are class 100 compatible and that does not affect the equipment footprint.

Graph information includes all parameters such as flows, pressure, temperature and endpoint. Programmable alarm limits include temperature, pressure and gas flows with a complete set of function buttons.
