Most teams have a great Week 1 with AI coding tools. Then the curve flattens.

Nilesh Mallick, our Senior Development Manager, spent months building an enterprise integration platform from scratch using Claude Code and tracked every session to find out where the value was leaking.

Two things broke the plateau. Neither required switching models or tools.
First, the team encoded their workflow into version-controlled Claude Code Skills. Reusable commands that carry institutional knowledge into every session automatically. Context setup dropped from 15 minutes to zero.

Second, they audited their own inputs before blaming the model. When they traced 28 buggy-code incidents back to root cause, most pointed to vague prompts. Not model failure. Same model, same task, precise input:
production-ready output on the first cycle.

The AI world is buzzing about AGI. But what if the math simply doesn't add up?

The human brain has an estimated 700 trillion synaptic parameters. Today's most advanced LLMs have around 700 billion. That's a 1,000x gap — and closing it isn't just an engineering challenge. It may be computationally intractable.

Training a human-level model would require roughly 20 quadrillion tokens. The entire internet holds tens of trillions. We're at 1% of what's needed.
