Using InGaP/GaAs HBT technology, the product delivers high efficiency of 29.5% at +28 dBm average output power while providing excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -51 dBc for signal bandwidths of up to 100 MHz.

Now available from RFMW, PSEMI's new PE566212 and PE566213 are fully monolithic 2.4 GHz SOI front-end modules for Bluetooth, Zigbee and Thread applications. Both integrate a PA, LNA and RF switch in a compact 1.8×1.8 mm package, delivering up to +20 dBm output power and a 1.8 dB receive noise figure. Qorvo, Inc., a part of Skyworks, has released the QPC6713 7-bit digital step attenuator (DSA), which features high linearity over the entire 31.75 dB gain control range in 0.25 dB steps. The QPC6713 uses a serial control interface and has a low insertion loss of 1.7 dB at 2 GHz. The patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free transient switching performance using a single 3V to 5V power supply. External address pins allow up to eight DSAs to be controlled on a single bus. The QPC6713 is available in a 3mm x 3mm QFN package.

New release! The CML Micro CMX90A002 is a two-stage, fully matched GaAs HBT MMIC power amplifier covering 860–960 MHz. It delivers up to +32.5 dBm saturated output power, 30 dB small-signal gain and 49% PAE. Operating from a 1.9–4.5 V supply, the device integrates RF input/output matching, active bias and input DC blocking.
