Every Gorilla Circuits PCBA goes through 100% inline Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) after printing, before reflow.

That means we’re checking the paste deposition while there’s still time to catch and correct a problem.

SPI is just one checkpoint in a much bigger process, with AOI, 3D X-ray, flying probe testing, our assembly process is built around catching issues, not passing them downstream.

🕳️ Thousands of holes. One chance to get them right.

Gorilla operator, Ronnie, is running a job check on one of our newer Schmoll Maschinen 6-head drills before production moves forward.

Those holes will eventually be copper plated to create the electrical connections between layers, making drilling one of the early critical steps in the PCB fabrication process.
