The Q2 booking curve hasn't finished building yet.
On-the-books occupancy looks soft right now. But forward ADR is pacing +3–4% YoY, booking windows are compressing, and late-stage demand is still coming in.
The properties that hold rate and keep availability open will capture it. Properties that already discounted in April will not be positioned to capture it.
