There are two kinds of maintenance requests:
“Hi, I submitted a request through the portal.”
And:
“Hey! The sink is doing something weird.” 11:47 PM No photo No unit number No further explanation
Then comes the classic follow up:
“Did you see my message?”
For HOA and community managers, it’s rarely one huge problem that makes the day exhausting. It’s the 20 tiny interruptions that keep pulling you away from everything else you need to get done.
A cleaner maintenance request means less digging through texts, fewer “what unit are you in?” conversations, and fewer mystery messages to decode before your morning coffee.
That’s the kind of busywork worth taking off your plate.
Because community management is already a full time job. Being a part time detective shouldn't be.
