2025 begins with a transformative Voyaj gathering in Tampa, Florida.

Voyaj Gatherings 2025 bring people together, to deepen our human connections, share stories and cultures, and expand our hearts and perspectives.

The Voyaj gathering in March, is our first for 2025. We are thrilled to bring together Commander Astronaut Chris Hadfield, recent refugees and immigrants, and Voyaj guests and community members from around the world.

​Picture yourself in a circle of extraordinary people on a Moroccan rug, taking part in a traditional Moroccan tea ceremony, and discovering our shared humanity.

​We welcome, and look forward to hearing from Commander ’s 146 days in space inspired his perspective from space to Earth – where his insights on humanity, belonging, and exploration will be shared during this unforgettable evening. Together, with Commander Hadfield, our gathering will create a community of recent refugees and immigrants, local community, and Voyaj members.

T-7 hours until the Voyaj Liftoff!

What happens when a refugee, a Voyaj member, and an astronaut come together to break bread and build bridges?

After months of preparation, Voyaj is embarking on a journey of connection, curiosity, and belonging in seven cities across America, beginning today, October 29, through November 28, 2024. We couldn’t be happier.

The first Voyaj dinner experience, in Kent, WA on Tuesday, October 29, will welcome 40 guests, and includes refugees from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iraq, and Nepal, who are rebuilding their lives, Chris Sembroski, a citizen astronaut from the Inspiration4 mission, Chef Maya Amadi, Artist Ahmed Meselhy Ragab and long-term residents.

This signature experience is presented as a collaboration with , Blue Origin's non profit Club for the Future, and Voyaj, and is sponsored by ASA Global Impact Fund.

Thank you and for the interview, and most importantly thank you to for making such magic happen in Morocco. 2.5 million meals delivered by the end of it. Over 150 villages served. Huge shoutout to .sam who was first to show up the next day after the Earthquake and bringing me along on a wild ride. What a life-changing experience this was that I’m still digesting today.

Yasmine El Baggari is in central Morocco where CK teams continue using helicopters to reach remote areas impacted by the quake-delivering meals & evacuating people needing medical care. In each community, we are seeing locals come together to support their neighbors.

In Farsi, “Yaganagi” means to unite around our humanness and our Oneness.

Voyaj is honored to have collaborated with Alight this past week and co-created our first Experience together in Minneapolis where we began our journey together in deep connection, curiosity, and oneness with community members who are newly arrived from Afghanistan and Ukraine as well as long-time residents of Minnesota.

Alight & Voyaj joined hearts and hands to share a space of meaningful connection to inspire more dynamic experiences and friendships across the Twin Cities. It was a a welcoming exchange for our close friends and new arrivals who are building lives for themselves and their families in Minnesota. Through the passing of Afghan food and stories of home, culture and heritage, we were moved to tears as we each opened up, embraced each other and remembered our common humanity. We made our community ONE, in the spirit of Yaganagi.

Imagine a circle of amazing humans gathered around on a magnificent rug, pillows and a Moroccan tea set to serve our mission of connection together.

Our collective presence together made all the difference and felt the power of our Oneness in the community. With the opportunity for all of us to add our special symbol of oneness that will be sent to the moon through art thanks to LunARC Dao, to the support of voices across the country who delivered the beautiful song “One World”, it was truly a magical experience of community building!

Our hearts are full and we look forward to joining hands and hearts again soon to do it again across the United States and abroad.
