More signals. More noise. More ways to miss what matters. From live events to financial operations to AI systems running in production, PagerDuty customers show what it looks like to turn raw signals into fast, targeted action before problems ever reach the people who matter most.

The best incident is the one customers never notice. A payment clears. A stream doesn't buffer. A loan closes on time. That's incident response working the way it should, and it's why more than 15,000 businesses across every industry around the globe are building on PagerDuty's platform.

✨ The PagerDuty September Product Drop is here!

We've got even more updates to help get you closer to autonomous operations.

🤖 AI & Automation

PD Automation Runner (EA): Extend PagerDuty Workflow Actions and the SRE Agent to your on-prem and self-hosted tools, like Kubernetes, Splunk, and Grafana, without opening a single inbound port. Pull diagnostics or trigger remediation the moment an incident hits.

🛠️ Full-lifecycle Incident Management

Slack Experience Enhancements: Building on progressive updates to our Slack app, teams can now resolve incidents even faster with new updates included below:
- Quick declare of incidents even if not mapped to a service (in rolling GA now)
- One-click post-incident reviews kicked off in Slack (GA)
Custom incident cards (in Early Access)
- AI-powered incident communications (in Early Access)

Post-Incident Reviews in PagerDuty web UI (GA): Turn incidents into learning without leaving your workflow. Start drafts with one-click, and complete them in the web UI with context and timelines built in.

💻 Platform & Ecosystem

Scoped OAuth for Public Apps (EA): See, approve, and revoke third-party OAuth apps from one place. Apps request only the specific resources they need, and developers can publish them for customers to install.

Last November, we announced our partnership with Fast Forward to launch the EdTech Impact Vertical, backing five tech nonprofits working to expand education access and opportunity: Beyond 12, Learning Equality, Quill, TalkingPoints and UPchieve.

Through PagerDuty.org, each organization in this cohort received a general operating grant, access to our platform and technical experts and hands-on mentorship. Through Fast Forward, they gained coaching, community and storytelling support to grow their reach.

We're honored to help these nonprofits build the operational resilience and AI capabilities they need to reach even more learners. Watch their story and learn about our partnership ➡️ bit.ly/4idlIQ3

Most organizations track what an IT incident costs in the moment: lost revenue and missed SLAs.

But according to our 2026 State of AI-First Operations report, the most damaging consequences don't show up until much later:
🟢 Brand damage that erodes customer trust
🟢 Lost productivity that extends well beyond the incident window
🟢 Engineer burnout that rarely makes it into post-incident reviews

We broke down the full liability picture, separating the immediate costs from the obligations that accumulate long after recovery. Learn more ➡️ bit.ly/4wpk6py

📈 Today, PagerDuty announced our Q2 FY27 financial results.

“We delivered revenue above the high end of our guidance range, crossed $500 million in ARR, and generated $33 million in free cash flow this quarter, providing encouraging signals that our strategy is gaining traction. Just as importantly, the underlying fundamentals are strengthening too. Non-GAAP operating income also came in ahead of expectations and we enjoyed our fifth consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability. AI is transforming how software is built and operated, and PagerDuty is uniquely positioned to benefit from that shift,” said our CEO, John DiLullo.

Your monitoring tools don’t know what they don’t know. No infra context. No ownership. No business impact. So responders swivel between tools while MTTR climbs.

Event Enrichment fixes that by pulling data from across your systems (e.g. CMDB) directly into your events. 🎯 Less hunting. More context. Faster MTTR.

You wouldn't merge standard code based on a single passing run without tests. So why do we evaluate AI agent prompts, skills, and plugins on anecdotal evidence?

In her latest deep dive, Software Engineer, Sarah Martinelli Benedetti, runs 276 real agent sessions through a rigorous A/B experiment to answer a core architectural question: Is it better to use one unified skill or split standards into domain-specific skills?
