Meet Anna Pozdniakova, Project Manager at P2H.
And a person who designs board games in her free time.

Last year, P2H held several sessions in Kharkiv and Chernihiv with kids using «Business Steps» — a game that combines economics with social awareness.

This time, Anna brought it to Kharkiv Lyceum №5 — to kids who are already studying entrepreneurship from grade 8.

They played. They debated. They counted profits.
And they learned that good business is not only about success — it is also about thinking of people and acting responsibly 🎲

March 8 is the International Day for Women’s Rights.
A day when we speak about equality, opportunities, and choice.

Today we remember Svieta Yakovleva — our colleague, QA Lead, Waldorf pedagogy teacher, and a person with a truly active life position, who passed away earlier this year.

For us, this story is about true inclusivity.
About the idea that “special” is not about limitations, but about strength, a journey, and the impact one person can have.

“We are all different, and that is our strength,” Svieta once said.
