B-Corp Feature! 🌎

This week we are highlighting fellow B-Corp, Conspiracy of Love.

Conspiracy of love isn't just any marketing agency, but instead, they call themselves a global social impact marketing agency.

Why?

Co-Founders, Afdhel Aziz and Bobby Jones both had careers in marketing, but they came to a crossroads when they stopped and asked themselves a very life-altering question...

"Is this the work we are going to be remembered for, getting people to buy more stuff?"

Clearly, their answer was "No". They were meant to do so much more.

From this realization, they committed themselves to building a movement that would help people to use business and culture as forces for good.

Thus, Conspiracy of Love was born!

B-Corp Feature! 🌎

Being a B-Corp ourselves, one of our goals is to connect and strengthen the community, so this week we wanted to highlight a fellow B-Corp, Avenue Digital Marketing Agency!

Avenue has been in business for the past six years and has been a B-Corp for 4 of those years. Their mission is to "Amplify the impact growth-minded and purpose-driven companies have in the world through results-led digital marketing."

You can see in their 2021 Impact report an enormous list of initiatives that define them as a company that wants to make the world a better place and not just one seeking profit.

One of the examples of what makes them great (among several others) is that they donate 5% or more of annual revenue to local nonprofits to amplify their good work and impact. Amazing!

We're proud to be a part of the same community as companies like Avenue. 😊

Outdated programs, systems not working, constant software crashes, utterly slow computer... The list goes on.

Hmm... This is the question... Are you looking for an IT unicorn? 🦄 Do you hire a full-time IT employee or do you outsource to an IT firm? 🤔

In the past you would have hired one person or two to take care of your organization's IT; nowadays your needs for tech and software have ballooned and it isn't reasonable to expect that one or two people can be experts in everything IT.

You turn on your computer, open all of your systems, jump on a video call with the team. It's just so easy.

But I bet you never stop and think "Wow! I can't believe all of the IT work that makes this happen!" (let's be real - nobody thinks that).

It's true! Whether it's keeping your organization safe from cyber attacks, getting set up with the best video call platform to meet your needs, or using software that helps you manage projects as a team with ease, there's so much that goes on in the background.

It's all seems to be invisible. Maybe we should call that "invisibil-IT" 😉
