Is corporate culture a buzzword or the real deal? And what's the meaning of this teem? 🤔

Company culture is something you can't ignore as an employee. We all are well aware of its importance and have an idea of the culture we like. Still, there's a common misconception that culture is something you built on site. Once everyone transitioned to remote work, the idea of culture almost lost its relevance.

But corporate culture is not about ping pong tables, pizza on Friday or free beers. These are merely outward signs of it. Culture is about the company's values and aspirations, the way team communicates and approaches challenges. These things are not tight to a single location, and Muffins is a live example that culture and office are not synonyms, and one has nothing to do with the other.
