🚨 Big news: Helium Mobile has been acquired by Andrew Yang's Noble Mobile

Noble Mobile shares our core belief that connectivity should be affordable and accessible for every American. By joining forces, we can deliver on that promise for more people than either of us could alone, with an unrelenting commitment to putting money back in your pocket.

As part of the deal, Noble Mobile will also use the Helium Network, expanding coverage for all of its subscribers across the US.

Current Helium Mobile subscribers: your phone number and service aren't going anywhere. We've built this transition to be seamless, with the same nationwide 5G and Helium Network coverage you experience today.

Today we have some big news to share. Helium Mobile is being acquired by Noble Mobile. Noble Mobile has also committed to use the Helium Network, giving Noble Mobile subscribers access to even more coverage across the US.

An important update for our Zero Plan subscribers:

We have made the difficult decision to sunset the Zero Plan on June 11, 2026. We did not make this decision lightly, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined and gave us a chance.

The Zero Plan gave thousands free service and helped build the fastest-growing network in the US. While we were able to offer it for a while, it’s not sustainable long term. By focusing on paid plans, we can invest in a better experience and stronger coverage for subscribers.

Each Zero Plan subscriber can upgrade to an affordable paid plan in the Helium Mobile App. We’ve reached out to all affected subscribers directly via email with details on next steps.
