Hyperglade is hiring a Software Engineer.
Full time | Hybrid
We connect real-world assets to the Web3 environment, focused on decentralized credit for trade financing. As a Silicon Valley Draper Associates portfolio company, we’re not experimenting with the idea, we’re executing on it.
The Software Engineer we’re looking for will work across the full stack, own features end-to-end, and contribute directly to the architecture of systems that matter.
What the role looks like:
→ Frontend in React / Next.js with a strong UX focus
→ Backend APIs, data models, and services
→ Workflow-heavy systems involving data capture, validation, and tracking
→ Performance, scalability, and maintainability across the board
What we’re looking for:
→ 2+ years of full-stack development experience
→ React / Next.js + Node.js or Django (or similar)
→ Strong product thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision
→ Strong product mindset with attention to UX and detail
→ Exposure to blockchain or distributed systems is a plus
This is a high ownership role at a fast moving team where your work has real product impact from day one.
