amai.io - we develop products using our Voice AI engine. We have interesting clients and products in different areas: audiobooks, entertainment, call centers. We are looking for a Lead Sales who is ready to promote our complex tech product.

Product:
Our main product now is the Text-to-speech engine, which can be integrated via API or purchased as a self-hosted version (which is one of our competitive advantage). Inside the engine there is an editor that allows you to create the most natural speech by changing the emotions of the voice, tempo, pause, stress, and so on.

Tasks for the Lead Sales:
– Setting and executing KPI.
– Coming up with and testing different hypotheses and strategies for product promotion.
– Management of sales managers: control, hiring and interviewing (with HR), firing.
– Ensuring constant income and looking for new ways to increase profits (together with the CEO).

Minimum demands for experience:
– Lead generation.
– Hypothesis testing.
– Work with Linkedin (and tools for it).
– Cold letters.
– Processing of incoming requests.

Conditions:
– Remote, full-time, flexible time.
– Salary (discussed) + Percentage of sales + Employee option.
