A Sales Rep needs the next action. A Sales Leader needs team visibility. An Executive needs revenue clarity.

Malva isn’t one dashboard shown to everyone. It provides three role-specific views of the same sales reality, because a Sales Rep, a Sales Leader, and an Executive make different decisions every day.

▪️Sales Rep gets a prioritized daily action plan: which opportunities need attention, what to do next, and where to focus first. No need to search through the entire pipeline to decide what matters today.

▪️Sales Leader sees how the team is executing and where support is needed: stalled opportunities, missed follow-ups, reps falling behind, and conversations where coaching or leadership involvement could change the outcome.

▪️Executive gets a concise view of progress toward revenue targets, the most important pipeline risks, and the ex*****on gaps that could affect the quarter, without having to inspect every activity or deal.

Same CRM data underneath. Three levels of focus. Three different reasons to open Malva.

Reps often don’t have a plan for what to do next.
That’s not a discipline problem, it’s a planning gap. So we built the plan for them.

Malva turns every rep’s day into a clear, automatic action plan, no more improvising deal by deal.

We interviewed 83 sales leaders and reps, 3 problems came up again and again 💬

1. Reps often don't have a clear plan for what to do next. 21 out of 83 respondents named this independently. Not "the CRM is confusing",more specifically, does the rep know what to work on right now? One respondent had already built himself a manual workaround for this, because nothing on the market solved it for him.

2. CRM data is hard to fully trust. The most-cited pain, 22 respondents. Not because the tool is bad, because logging accurate data takes more time and effort than most reps have between calls. As one Head of Sales put it: garbage in, garbage out.

3. Team performance stays invisible until it's too late. 16 respondents. Leaders often don't spot a rep struggling until it shows up in the CRM, by then, the deal's frequently already lost. As one CEO told us: you're hoping 3 out of 5 days, they're doing their job right.

We didn't guess these, we asked, then built Malva to close exactly these three gaps, on top of the CRM you already use.

Which one is costing your team the most right now?

We almost built another CRM. Then we realized replacing the CRM was the wrong problem 🫢

When we started Malva, the idea was to build a CRM around how salespeople actually work, not just around what companies need to track. Then we spoke with agencies that had built hundreds of sales departments and went deeper into customer research.

The more we learned, the clearer it became: modern CRMs are no longer just sales tools. Through integrations and customisation, they connect marketing, campaigns, lead generation, legal workflows and other core business processes. In many companies, the CRM has become deeply embedded infrastructure. Asking companies to replace all of that just to improve daily sales ex*****on made little sense.

So we narrowed the problem.
Malva works on top of Salesforce or HubSpot and focuses on the part built specifically for sales: what to do next, which deal needs attention, and where to spend time today.

Your CRM remains the system of record. Malva becomes the daily sales ex*****on layer.

Nobody opens a dashboard and closes a deal.

Dashboards get checked during Monday’s pipeline review. Then the tab closes, and reps go back to figuring out their next move on their own. Malva works differently.

It runs on top of Salesforce or HubSpot. Its job is simple: tell each rep what to do today, which deal needs attention right now, which conversations are going cold, and where to spend the next hour.

Your CRM already has the history. Malva turns it into a daily plan.

Before building Malva, I wanted to understand one contradiction. Why do so many mature companies have a CRM, yet their sales remain unpredictable?

One of the first expert teams I turned to was Martsenko Sales. I first came across them while building the sales team at MetaliX. I bought their training materials and was struck by how structured, practical and easy to apply they were.

So when Malva was still just an idea, they were among the first people I called. We had several conversations about the product and the problems businesses still face even with a modern CRM in place. Their feedback helped shape my early thinking.

In a recent Forbes Ukraine BrandVoice article, Вадим Марценко and Martsenko highlight several recurring problems: marketing and sales working in silos, leads stalling without a clear next step, and scripts, training and reporting that do little unless they change what reps actually do day to day.
Worth a read: check comments ⬇️

That’s exactly the gap Malva is built to address: not replacing the CRM, but helping every sales rep understand what happened, what to do next and when to act, while keeping the CRM updated without extra manual work.

Because sales ex*****on often breaks in the gap between a customer conversation and the next action.

Grateful to the Martsenko Sales team for their early feedback. If you want to build a more structured and predictable sales system, they’re worth talking to: www.martsenko.com

We’re not guessing what sales teams need, we’re asking🤭

Building Malva hasn't been a "have an idea, build it, hope it lands" process. It's been slower and more deliberate than that.

It started with conversations with sales agencies - the people who build entire sales departments from scratch for other companies and see what breaks across dozens of teams. That gave us a starting map of where the real pain lives.

Then we took it to the market directly: CustDev interviews with US-based B2B sales leaders - IT and software, but also healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond. Real conversations with VPs of Sales, Heads of Sales, AEs, not surveys nobody reads. 83 respondents so far, and counting.

The goal was simple - check what the market actually needs against what we assumed it needed. Those two lists don't always match.
The result is a product shaped by what real sales teams told us, in their own words, not just what looked good in a pitch deck.

What does your CRM actually give your reps for Tuesday morning?🫢

The building blocks are already there - tasks, calls, meetings. In theory, your team walks in with a plan for the day.

But creating those tasks is clunky enough that most reps only bother logging their top 20-30% of opportunities. The rest of the pipeline? Left to memory and gut feel. So the day that was supposed to be planned turns into low-key improv - reps scrolling their pipeline, picking whatever feels most urgent, hoping the read is right.

That's not a rep discipline problem, it's a system-design problem. The planning tools exist, but using them properly costs more time than most reps have between calls.

Here's where we come in. Malva doesn't rewrite your tasks or compete with your CRM's planning. It fills the gaps reps leave behind, turns "I'll figure it out" into an actual plan, and goes a step further: not just which deal needs attention, but the specific next move to make on it.

Less winging it, more closing.

📊 85% of sales reps say their CRM helps organize contacts — but only 13% say it helps them close deals.

Let that sink in.

🤯 Reps spend hours updating pipelines and logging calls.
But when it comes to real sales enablement — most CRMs disappear.

Why?

Because traditional CRMs were built for reporting.
Not for performance.

That’s why we’re building Malva — Sales Performance OS.

A system designed to support the person behind the pipeline.

With Malva, sales teams get:

✅ Smart call planning and ex*****on guidance
✅ AI-powered script support during emails and live calls
✅ Real-time feedback and coaching
✅ Performance analytics for every sales rep
✅ Daily, weekly, and monthly planning — embedded directly into the workflow

Because sales is human.

And your system should act like a partner — not a database.

❌ Most CRMs don’t help your team sell — they just monitor activity.

They track stages.
They log calls.
They remind about follow-ups.

But they don’t:

🔻 Teach reps how to handle real objections
🔻 Help beginners grow faster
🔻 Analyze performance beyond numbers
🔻 Guide what to say during live calls

💡 That’s why we’re building Malva — Sales Performance OS.

Not another CRM.

A system designed to improve how sales teams execute every day.

With Malva, you get:

✅ Personalized performance coaching for every sales rep
✅ Embedded daily, weekly, and monthly planning
✅ AI Copilot that helps close deals — not just track them
✅ Smart email & conversation analysis so no lead gets lost
✅ Real performance impact you can feel from day one

Because the future of sales isn’t more data.

It’s better ex*****on. Better people. Better results.
