Job Overview:
Zeph Tech Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Book Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling e-books across various platforms, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through the development and ex*****on of effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive e-book sales by engaging potential customers across multiple channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and convert prospects by delivering competitive and tailored quotations.
Respond to inquiries and provide solutions to customer concerns related to e-books.
Track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably with digital products or e-books.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with e-book platforms and digital sales tools is an advantage.
