Drata has acquired software security review startup SafeBase for $250 million as the former looks to scale up its offerings.

The Drata team is incredibly proud to announce its $3.2M seed funding from Cowboy Ventures, Leaders Fund, and SV Angel to continue to accelerate our growth and mission of helping companies build trust with their customers in securing their data.

Drata, a startup that helps businesses get their SOC 2 compliance, today announced that it has raised a $3.2 million seed round led by Cowboy Ventures and that it is coming out of stealth.
