Join long-time TDO Software user Dr. Rick Schwartz at EndoCon this upcoming week where he will be lecturing on the topic: How to Build and Manage a Fee for Service Endodontic Practice.

At one time all endodontic practices were fee for service (FFS). Over the last 25 years this has changed as the number of endodontists have grown, insurance has become ubiquitous, and DSOs are gaining market share. Dr. Schwartz has had a FFS practice from the start and has one of the last ones in San Antonio. He will share his views of the key elements in building and maintaining a FFS practice. In a competitive market it is a constant struggle, but can be done. The principles he will describe apply to any successful endodontic practice.
