We recently shared a GitHub script to address an occasional dose-weighting issue in CryoSPARC. It's also a good opportunity to look back at the origins of dose weighting itself—work that began with Direct Electron's "damage compensation" method, first presented in 2013 and later developed into techniques that remain foundational to cryo-EM image processing today.
