Our Avengers Academy event kicks off tomorrow, June 14th, at 1pm and we'd love to see you there! This is a two-headed giant with a focus on new players learning the game. If you're new to the game, Two-Headed Giant is a team of 2 playing against another team of 2. Ideally the team is 1 experienced player and 1 new player against another team that's the same. Welcome decks will be provided!

Additionally, everyone who plays will be offered a ticket to our exclusive new player prerelease on Tuesday 6/23 at 6pm. This gives new players a chance to experience prerelease in a smaller setting with other new players.

If you're heading to the County Fair this year, we'll be there June 12th, 19th, and the 26th! D20 Tales and Ladies of D&D will be running Dungeons and Dragons campaigns with 3 fair-themed one shots. Each week will be a different story so repeat visits are encouraged!

We'll also have tables and chairs setup for Pokemon players who want to stop by and get a game in or do some trading (be sure to bring a deck and a trade binder!)

After 5:30 PM, we'll have Commander tables open for anyone looking to get some games in. Bring a deck, find a pod, and join us for an evening of Magic after a day at the fair.

Shout out to everyone who showed up last Saturday for our Extra Life charity event benefiting Rady Children's Hospital! Because of you, we were able to donate $3,300 to a great cause. Thank you to everyone involved and we look forward to the next one!

Earlier today we processed our 4 millionth order (yes, 4,000,000)! I had to actually double check it when staff brought it up because it seemed like such an outlandish number, I almost didn't believe it. It's been a long fun road and I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to everyone whose ever played here, shopped here, or been a part of the store in some way.
