Show All Contacts on our Texting Platform

Are you not seeing all of your contacts? By default, the dashboard will only display contacts that have a first name, last name, or both. However, if you click "Show All," this will display all contacts even those without a first or last name in the system. View the example below.

New option to exclude tags in text alerts on the Texting Platform!

You will find this option in the text alert screen by clicking on "More Filters." This will allow you to select any tags with contacts that you want to exclude from your text alert. Please note that if a contact belongs to a tag you're sending a message to and also an excluded tag, then this will not send a text alert to that contact.

📲Creating tags for contacts in our mobile app

Simply go to your desired contact or conversation and press on the "Edit" link on the top right. On the next screen, you will find the contact's information. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and press on "Add Tag." You will then be able to create a new tag or select an existing tag to add to your contact. What are you waiting for? Go check it out!
