Procede Product: Hino Trucks TreviPay POS Integration v2.0

🔍 What Is It?

Hino TreviPay POS Integration is a client based application that runs as a wizard directly inside Excede. Real time API calls are built into the posting routine for parts and service sales on all Hino orders, uploading transactions straight into TreviPay. That means no more manually entering every Hino invoice, plus built in support for parts pricing inquiry, authorization, and settlement on any parts or service invoice under Hino terms.

🆕 What’s New

• Real-Time Connectivity: The new version replaces old technology with real-time connectivity to TreviPay. Transactions are priced and authorized right at the point of posting, improving speed, accuracy, and visibility.

• Instant Order Response: Orders are submitted and confirmed with TreviPay in real time, through a simple wizard interface built directly into Excede.

• Fleet Pricing Support: Ensures accurate billing for major fleet accounts across both front counter sales and service orders.

• Workflow Flexibility: Users can validate special pricing on open transactions manually, or let the system apply it automatically during posting.

Procede Product: PACCAR Service Gate (P-Card) Integration v10.5.8

🔍 What Is It?

PACCAR Parts Fleet Services (Service Gate) was launched to drive uptime and help fleet customers streamline purchases at PACCAR dealerships using innovative service technologies. It includes centralized billing, national pricing, custom reporting, and network support for more than 1,500 fleet operators worldwide. The PACCAR Service Gate (P-Card) Integration gives dealership staff the ability to submit orders to PACCAR directly through the Excede interface. After following the wizard and posting the order, Service Gate returns a real-time response to process point-of-sale (POS) parts pricing, authorization, and settlement.

🆕 What’s New

• SKU Field Added for Core Items: The XML settlement file now includes the StockKeepingUnit field for core items on PACCAR Fleet Services invoices. When a clean core charge or dirty core return is included, the SKU field is populated using the Excede line-item description, so PACCAR invoices show the detailed part description instead of a generic item code.

• Detailed Sales Tax Descriptions for Canadian Dealers: Detailed sales tax descriptions now display on PACCAR Fleet Services invoices for Canadian dealer customers. A new optional BCS (ServiceGate\Tax\###XX) maps Excede tax authority IDs to PACCAR item codes, allowing taxes like GST and PST to appear on invoices instead of the generic "Sales Tax" label.

💳 Payments is here: a fully embedded payment solution built into Excede and powered by Stripe.

By connecting every transaction directly to the business, Payments helps commercial vehicle organizations reduce manual work, accelerate cash flow, improve visibility, and strengthen controls across the payment workflow.

"Payment workflows have long been a disconnected piece of running a commercial vehicle business," said Larry Kettler, CEO and Chairman of Procede Software. "We built Payments so our customers stop choosing between running their business in Excede and getting paid outside of it."

With payment activity tied to customers, invoices, branches, and payment methods, teams can manage transactions, refunds, payment links, reconciliation, and disputes without leaving Excede. Customers report reconciliation work cut by as much as 97% at some multi-location accounts, and dispute-resolution time across the network is down 65% year over year.

Payments marks an important first step in Procede's broader Fintech strategy for commercial vehicle businesses.

Procede Product: DTNA Parts Purchase Order Export Integration v2.2

🔍 What Is It

The DTNA PPOE Integration is a software wizard that lets dealers export purchase orders in real time to DTNA's parts ordering system, Paragon. Using the DTNA Create Order API, the integration uploads a PO directly from Excede into Paragon and returns the Paragon order number back into Excede, no manual re-entry required.

🆕 What's New

• eASN Compatibility: PPOE v2.2 is built to work seamlessly with the latest eASN Integration, since both share the same UI framework. Dealers need to upgrade to PPOE to access the eASN updates.

• Updated Order Types: The PPOE wizard now reflects recent changes to DTNA's Paragon system. Emergency and Wreck order types have been retired, and a new Expedite order type has been added. The integration now supports stock, direct ship, and expedite orders.

• Vehicle Down Indicator (VDI): A new Truck Down Indicator checkbox is now available for expedite orders. Selecting Yes brings up a screen listing all parts on the PO along with the Excede order number, VIN, and customer information. Selecting No moves straight to the Finish button.

• VIN Validation: When Vehicle Down is selected, a VIN is required and automatically validated against DTNA's formatting requirements before the order can be submitted.
