We partnered with an Owner's Association in Belgium to convert rent on two rooftop antennas into upfront capital. One of the two rooftop operators had ended its agreement, which cut the Association's telecom rent in half overnight. Our expansive portfolio allowed us to offer a deal that would cover both rooftop rents, not just the one remaining, allowing the Association to fund essential roof and elevator upgrades without taking on debt.
