Sometimes you have to De-wire to Pre-wire. This is 1 of 4 piles this size. 
Pulling all this old cabling out to give this house a fresh backbone. This is a pretty massive project.
With exception of two locations, the entire house will be Sonance invisible speakers. All being run by a Crestron Home system.
