App shows power but buttons don't light up. As device isn't online, for accurate power sync, connect to gateway or go to the lock, unlock via App or click sync power on settings page. Maybe it's old record. Try changing battery. If drained, use 9V battery for emergency power.

Can't create a passcode? Maybe it's an old one not deleted or creation failed, try deleting & recreating. Or it was made via Bluetooth but not saved in App & can't be recreated. Then "clear all codes" (in top right "äø‰" button of passcode list) or use different numbers to recreate.

Try app unlock ā€“ if it works, codeā€™s invalid.
Check code validity. Timing off? Calibrate via app: Unlock page ā†’ Settings ā†’ Calibrate Time.

One-time codes expire in 6hrs, temp ones in 24hrs post-activation. New code may help.

Password acting up? Canā€™t recreate it? Weā€™ve got you.

If your 24-hour time-limited code expired (and wonā€™t let you make a new one), try these fixes:

1ļøāƒ£ Create a custom code right in front of the device ā€“ validity works like a charm.
2ļøāƒ£ Generate a random password remotely, then adjust its timing:
ā€¢ Takes ~1 hour to update
ā€¢ Start/end times must differ
ā€¢ Use it within 24 hours of activation
