New York passed a new law. Starting June 9, 2026, any marketing creative that shows an AI-generated person needs a disclosure.

Here's where to start:

1. Look through your current creative for AI-generated models or spokespersons
2. Add a disclosure to any creatives going to New York audiences
3. If you are unsure, ask your vendors if AI was used
