➡️ Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate resources, payments, and freelancer-related operations.
Conduct outreach and recruitment of freelancers and potential resources.
Communicate professionally with freelancers, candidates, and external partners.
Manage and utilize Aqlama’s LinkedIn, Upwork, and internal freelancer platforms.
Follow up on assignments, payments, availability, and communication with freelancers.
Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
Requirements
🔴 Candidate based in or around Ramallah.
🔴 Previous experience in outreach, recruitment, and professional communication.
🔴 Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
🔴 Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
🔴 Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Upwork, and online freelancer platforms.
🔴 Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
🔴 Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
