💚✨ A BIG UPDATE ON THE FUTURE OF JADEDGEMSHOP! ✨💚
Hello, everyone! Thank you so much for your patience! We have some exciting news to share about the future of JadedGemShop, and we can’t wait to tell you all about the amazing changes we have in the works! 😍
First, let’s talk about the elephant in the room: our recent production delays.
As many of you know, our last few batches of orders have fallen significantly behind schedule. After working closely with our new manufacturer and pushing for updates, we’ve discovered that they underestimated just how many hybrid kits you all order every single week! 🥹💚
You’ve helped JadedGemShop grow beyond what their current production space can comfortably handle!
While we’re incredibly grateful for your support and the demand for our kits, the reality is that our current manufacturing setup simply isn’t equipped to keep up with the volume we’ve grown to produce. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to find a long-term solution because we don’t want these delays to become the norm.
And that brings us to the REALLY exciting news! 🎉✨
🏭 WE ARE WORKING TOWARD SECURING OUR OWN SPACE IN A WAREHOUSE IN CHINA! 🏭
That’s right! We are currently working on setting up a dedicated warehouse space to help us take greater control of production, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a huge step forward for JadedGemShop, and we’re so excited about what it means for the future of our little business!
Here’s what this means for YOU:
💎 HYBRID KITS & ROUND KITS
Our new production team has taken over the production of our hybrid kits and round kits, and we’re already moving forward!
The kits will feature 100% resin drills and the beautifully perfected, tight grids we’ve been working toward! We know how important grid quality is to you, and we’re thrilled with the progress being made.
The only change happening right now is a transition between drill types. Our supplier is moving from the previous drill type to a stunning new one, so there may be a little mixture of the two during this transition. However, with the improved grid quality, we’re excited about this next step!
And don’t worry — our renders will continue to be just as beautiful, detailed, and confetti-filled as ever! We’re also keeping your preferences in mind by having drills packed in the zip bags you love. 💚
🎨 WHAT ABOUT OUR HAND-RENDERED KITS?
We haven’t forgotten about our hand-rendered kits — not even a little bit!
One of our biggest goals with the new warehouse is to begin building ready-to-ship inventory so that your favorite designs can reach you much faster.
Instead of relying on production to begin after every order, our plan is to purchase many of our new hand-rendered designs in bulk and have them stocked at the warehouse, ready to ship as quickly as possible after you place your order! 😍
This is a major change that we hope will make ordering your favorite designs a much smoother experience.
And yes! Our hand-rendered kits will also feature the gorgeous new drill type! 💎✨

We know that faster production and shipping aren’t the only things that matter — you also deserve timely responses and great communication from us! 💚
As JadedGemShop continues to grow, we recognize that we need more hands on deck to keep up with all the wonderful support and questions from our community. That’s why we’re also working on bringing another person onto our team to help manage customer support emails! 🥰
Our goal is to improve response times, make sure your questions are answered more quickly, and give everyone a better customer service experience as we continue to grow.
We know that waiting for an email response can be frustrating, especially when you have questions about an order, and we want to do better. Investing in additional customer support is another important step toward building a stronger team that can support the size JadedGemShop is growing into!

🎀 NEW ACCESSORIES & BEAUTIFUL NEW PACKAGING!
We’re growing in other areas, too!
With the warehouse transition underway, we’ve started production on our washi tape and cover minders! We’ll continue using our remaining existing stock while we wait for the new products to arrive, so you may see a little mix of old and new inventory during the transition.
We’re also introducing STUNNING new jade-and-gold marbled packaging! 💚✨ We’re absolutely in love with this new look and can’t wait for you to see it!
Because we still have some of our previous boxes to use up, the packaging transition will happen gradually. We believe the new designs will be a beautiful reflection of the direction JadedGemShop is heading!

It means we’re taking the challenges we’ve faced and using them as an opportunity to build something better.
It means working toward more control over production, improving fulfillment times, keeping the quality you expect, providing faster customer support, and creating a more sustainable system that can grow alongside our amazing community.
We know the recent delays have been frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate everyone who has been patient and understanding while we work through this transition. We never want you to feel left in the dark, and we’re committed to keeping you informed as we move forward.
This is a BIG undertaking, and there are still moving pieces to work through, so we don’t want to promise overnight changes. Our goal is to build a better process that will benefit all of us for the long term.
