Yesterday, ZipLink Internet experienced an unexpected internet outage caused by a third-party fiber provider. The issue was resolved at approximately 10 PM last night, and your service should be back up and running.
If you’re still having trouble connecting, please reboot your router – this fixes the issue for most customers.
