It's been quiet on my end, and that silence has been sacred.

These past months have been a time of deep reflection, going within, and moving through layers of healing and insight. You know how it is—sometimes the most important work happens in the stillness. In the spaces between. In the trust that what's unfolding is exactly what needs to unfold.

I believe our personal journeys reflect the collective experience. When we're in our own darkness, our own crucible, we're not alone in it. And when we emerge, we bring something new forward—not just for ourselves, but for everyone around us.

San Antonio Holistic Fair Day 2 Wrap-Up

Another successful show day! ❤️😍

Yesterday was hoppin’ and today was beautiful and steady. I had the opportunity to hold space for Reiki and witness space being held by the beautiful practitioners at the San Antonio Holistic Fair 💜

What a beautiful way to end a magical, spiritual, and full-of-connection kind of weekend.

It is my hope — and my call in — that all of the incredible and beautiful practitioners, readers, and vendors of magical and wondrous wares and artistic creation and expansion have an abundant and forward-moving month.

May obstacles clear and destinations be declared. Let’s set sail! 🚢✨

Recently, I was generously offered a spot at another event outside of Mystic Market. While I’m always grateful for opportunities, this one gave me pause. Mystic Market isn’t just a venue for me; it’s the place where my story and my husband’s story first became entwined. Years ago, he bought a Himalayan Salt Candle from my little table—neither of us knowing how the universe would circle us back together. 🕯️💫 Months later, it did. And now, this is the man I married: the one who cheers on my wildest dreams, loves our family fiercely, and always shows up—heart and soul. 🦋❤️

Samsara Body Mind Spirit is currently making some renovations and updates in the practitioner area, which means I’ll be pausing in-person sessions at Samsara for now.

I’m already scouting new cozy spaces that feel aligned, grounded, and supportive for the kind of deep healing work we do together. I have a few locations in mind and I’m trusting that the right space is unfolding in perfect timing. 🌿
