Your data is stored for 10 years— on-site for easy retrieval if needed, and off-site to protect it in case of an office disaster. In case of an emergency, we maintain a back-up system so all of your accounts (information, instructions, etc.) Speed-E’z also has a back-up phone system in case our main answering system ever goes down. Should there be an electrical outage, Speed-E’z has an on-site Toshiba battery back-up system with automatic revert to a diesel generator.
