We're looking forward to participating in the upcoming Swing Bed Workshops for rural Texas hospitals!

C3HIE CEO Jim Hoag and Director of Impact Brian Chuck will be presenting alongside healthcare leaders from across Texas to discuss how health information exchange supports stronger Swing Bed programs through improved care coordination, timely clinical information, and better transitions of care.

Swing Bed programs play an important role in helping rural hospitals keep patients close to home while supporting recovery and strengthening the financial sustainability of rural healthcare.

Thank you to Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals and Texas A&M Health Rural and Community Health Institute for bringing together rural healthcare leaders for these valuable workshops. We're excited to be part of the conversation and look forward to seeing everyone in Round Rock on July 29 and College Station on August 5.

This connection expands the reach of C3HIE’s interoperability network, supporting more seamless data exchange across organizations, communities, and care settings.
