As a WOSB and SDVOSB headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Silotech delivers cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, digital transformation, and emerging technology solutions across the Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), Federal civilian, SLED, commercial, and international sectors.

This senior-level role will lead business development and capture efforts across Army and SOF opportunities, build executive-level customer and partner relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives within the defense IT market.

Preferred qualifications:
• 10+ years of federal government contracting business development experience
• Experience in DoW, Army, SOF, or defense IT environments
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition and capture management
• Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance preferred

The United States Air Force and United States Space Force reaching FY26 recruiting goals five months early reflects the strength of a coordinated recruiting and accessions mission across the force.

Silotech is proud to support that mission through the Lead Refinement Center contract, helping enable recruiter efficiency and applicant readiness at scale.

Since December 2025, our Remote Lead Processing Cell has delivered more than 2,200 applicant-ready transfers to local Air Force recruiters, averaging approximately 445 transfers per month. By completing key pre-MEPS processing steps, the team helps save recruiters valuable time and allows them to focus on community engagement, school outreach, and relationship building.

In parallel, our Lead Refinement Call Center has completed more than 225,000 inbound and outbound calls in 2026 alone, generating thousands of qualified leads supporting the next generation of Airmen entering the pipeline.

Mission success is built through operational excellence, dedicated teams, and strong partnerships. We are honored to support the recruiting professionals helping shape the future force.
