Azure web apps was used to develop and deploy enterprise-ready web applications. Azure SQL was used for a relational database managed service and for dynamically scalable performance. Azure AD was used for single identity access for each user across the entire enterprise, keeping users, groups, and devices in sync with Azure AD connect.
