The official ribbon cutting for the Switchpoint Red Hills took place on August 13th. Switchpoint is an amazing building, focused on providing affordable, long-term housing for individuals working to regain self-sufficiency in a dignified, community-driven space.

Last month, Intermountain Health and our project team celebrated the opening at the Bear River Valley Hospital in Tremonton, Utah. This expansion brings services in the gastrointestinal lab, procedure rooms, wound care, infusion therapy space, and outpatient services. Great job, team!

Sacred spaces deserve sacred surroundings. In 2020, our team refreshed the Laie Hawai'i Temple arrival fountain and grounds. The renewal cleaned up views to the fountain, reintroduced historic pots into the landscape, and added plantings along walkways to continue the formal alley of the palm trees.

Recently featured in Healthcare Design, the Women’s Services renovation project at Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital is designed for labor and equipped for postpartum, so the patient can stay in one room for the full extent of their stay and focus on bonding with their new arrival. The aesthetic prioritized a neutral, restorative environment designed to welcome new life and support families during a tender transition.
