Coleman founded Coleman’s Wire and Cable in Salt Lake City, UT for the purpose of selling mining and electrical cable to the mining industry, gradually expanding to include elevator control cable. With the divesture of AT&T in 1984 and the waning of the mining industry, Mr. Coleman saw potential in telecommunications as “Baby Bells” began to emerge everywhere. For over 30 years,
