When I was a kid we had a toy/game/art supply kit, that would let you draw similar images using a pen and two of many different sized disks that you would spin with a pen on a paper. In the fifth grade I was shown a computer program on a portable micro computer, that would do this same process on the screen and then print them out on a roll of thermal,paper. I held on to mine for decades!

Most of these are screen shots from animated interfaces for social media apps and creative multimedia tools, I designed in 1999. I foresaw the development of touch devices, and decided on paradigms that would facilitate the human finger as the pointing device.

When Media Militia needed a corporate ID that consumers would give instant recognition to, we knew the milit(ary) stripes on the inverted chevron of the M, would mean "mission accomplished" for the firm!

Own-A-Share Houseboats needed a hand drawn floor-plan turned into something they could use in their printed materials.

The idea was to incorporate a "jolt" of lighting into the logo, as seen in the negative space between the L and the T.
