Most people don’t book because they still have unanswered questions. 🤨

In our April webinar, Brandon broke it down into three main things that are going through someone’s mind before they book. Can I actually do this? Is this right for my group? And is it worth the price?

If your website is not clearly answering those questions, people hesitate, and hesitation usually means they leave. ✌️

What stood out here is how specific you have to be. Not just generic reviews, but reviews people can see themselves in. Someone saying they are a beginner at 59 and still had a great experience is a lot more powerful than a vague five star review.

The same goes for everything else on the page. Your guides, what is included, what makes your experience different. All of that builds confidence and helps someone feel ready to book. 🗓️

When you remove those questions, you remove the friction that stops people from moving forward.
