Decades ago, the Inter-Tel AXXESS and AXXENT phones came with black buttons for all function keys-Speaker, Message, Forward, Mute, Hold, Transfer etc. Inter-Tel quickly realized they messed up-customers wanted a red Hold button, not a black Hold button. So they made one, and we bought them by the dozen, swapping them out upon customer request. I recently found a stash in the "way-back" of my office desk. It's a reminder that sometimes you don't always get it right, but it's important to make it right. Also, if you are still using one of the phones I am referencing here, please call us! I am truly humbled and delighted and grateful for the response I just received from a very long-time customer of ours who really understands what it means to shop local. If we don't support local business, we'll not have local businesses. We always try to use local vendors at Telewire because we understand what that means to local families. It has if your manager is looking to improve things like first call resolution, up-selling, customer satisfaction ratings, or to better document financial transactions and agreements. Call recording is one of the most requested add-ons I get requests for. Every business is a call center.
