This bad crimp by another vendor rendered a “People Counter” useless for a retail customer. My repair method did not include a new crimp. I installed a Category 6 Jack with a housing. I used a 2’ patch cord to connect to the device. As you can see, it is stressing the connection. If it were to fail in the future, I just replace the 2’ patch cord. 🌝😊😁
