Earlier this year, I took the leap and started UXpect Consulting, LLC. Our mission is simple: help organizations create better user experiences by making their systems easier, smarter, and more intuitive.
We don’t just design screens—we uncover where friction lives in existing systems and turn complexity into clarity. From heuristic evaluations and journey mapping to personas, design systems, and full application redesigns, we focus on improving what’s already in place so businesses can deliver experiences that actually work for people.
Our first project is already underway with a health sharing company, where we’re consolidating three internal platforms into one seamless system. Seeing the immediate impact of better UX reminds me why I started this in the first place.
