📣 Focus Forums — October Sessions
October brings new Focus Forums! Join us as we explore helpful features, workflows, and tools across the Focus platform. Each session takes place at 2:00 PM and includes a live demo and practical tips to help your district get the most out of Focus.

🔹 October 14 — Imports�
Learn how to import data into Focus, explore the different import tools and file formats available, and discover features that can make the import process easier and more efficient.

🔹 October 19 — COE
Learn how to run and interpret the COE report in Focus, including report parameters, postsecondary program enrollment, new enrollees, completers, withdrawals, and students still enrolled. We’ll also explore how to drill down into program statistics to view individual student records and access Student Info.

🔹 October 28 — Travel Module
Take the hassle out of employee travel with Focus’s built-in Travel Authorization and Travel Reimbursement module, from pre-trip approval through expense reimbursement. Explore how employees can submit requests, managers can approve them, and reimbursements can be processed with budget validation, mileage calculations, and integration with Accounts Payable or Payroll.
