Think you know what C&D makes? Think again. 👀

Food packaging might be what you’ve seen most from us, but it’s only a FRACTION of what we do.

From cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, v**e and cannabis brands to brochures, wedding invitations, season ticket holder packages and so much more, we create custom packaging and printed products across all kinds of industries.

Boxes, packaging, print, you name it, chances are we can make it.

Whatever your packaging or printing needs are, C&D has you covered. Reach out to us and let’s bring your next project to life.

Ever wonder what makes certain packaging immediately feel more premium? 👀

A lot of it comes down to the finish.

From blind embossing that adds subtle texture, to foil that catches the eye, aqueous coatings that add protection and enhance the look, reticulation for added texture and contrast, and so much more. Finishing is where the details really start to bring a package to life.

And these are only a few of the finishing options we can create at C&D.

Because great packaging isn’t just about what’s printed on the box, it’s about how it looks, feels, and stands out before your customer even opens it.

One of the questions we get asked the most:
“What can C&D actually make?” 👀

The answer? A lot more than you probably think.

We’re known for custom packaging, but what we do goes far beyond restaurant boxes. From retail packaging and menus to books, invitations, nutraceutical boxes and more. This video only scratches the surface of what we can create.

Bottom line: if it can be printed, folded, or glued, chances are we can make it.

Turn the volume up and enjoy a little behind-the-scenes factory ASMR

Who knew making boxes could sound this good?

Just another day of bringing packaging to life at C&D.

Going the extra mile is just part of the process at C&D.

A potential client came to us looking to completely revamp their bakery packaging. They weren’t exactly sure what they wanted yet, but they showed us packaging from a local bakery they loved.

So instead of just asking for photos or measurements, we went straight to the bakery, picked up samples ourselves, and brought them back for the client to review in person.

They loved the sizing and style, so now it’s on to pricing, samples, artwork, and bringing their own brand to life.

Because at C&D, we don’t just make boxes, we work with our clients every step of the way to find the right packaging solution.

And yes, picking up the samples required a pizza taste test. Strictly business. 🍕😂

Custom packaging? Chic.
Standing out from the competition? Chic.
Making your brand impossible to forget? Very chic.

At C&D, we make packaging that looks as good as the brand behind it.

Not all boxes are built the same.

From auto-bottom boxes that pop right into place to tuck boxes, partitions, perforated tear lines, embossing, and more… there are so many ways to customize packaging based on how you want it to look, feel, and function.

Terry walked us through just a few of the options we can create at C&D, but this is only scratching the surface. 👀

Whether you’re looking for convenience, functionality, presentation, or something completely custom, we can help bring it to life.

Meet the Machine: Part 3 – The Folder Gluer

This is where a flat sheet becomes a box.

Meet Terry, who runs our folder gluer, the machine that folds and glues each package into its final shape.

Before production begins, every setup has to be just right. From deciding where the glue goes to adjusting the machine for each box design, precision is everything.

Since the boxes have already been printed and die cut, this step can’t be rushed. A perfect setup ensures every box folds exactly as intended.

And here’s something most people don’t realize: production speed depends on the box. Smaller boxes can run at up to 32,000 per hour, while larger, more complex boxes may run at around 2,000 per hour.

Stay tuned for Part 4 as we continue taking you behind the scenes of the people and machines that bring custom packaging to life. 👀
