We're excited to announce a new partnership with Arcadium Technologies, a Work Truck Solutions company serving heavy-duty truck, trailer, and equipment dealers.

It's a partnership built around a challenge every heavy-duty dealership knows well. A unit sells or gets serviced, and the record keeping and compliance requirements start piling up behind it, right in finance's lap.

This partnership brings onPhase document management and process automation together with the Arcadium tools dealers already run, connecting the sales side and the finance side so paperwork stays organized and audit-ready.

For finance teams looking for a more connected way to run their dealerships, this is worth checking out.

You can't fix what you can't see.

Most dealership AP teams have a sense of where things slow down. The inbox that becomes a black hole. The approval that sits while someone's out. The month-end close that turns into a scavenger hunt.

But there's a whole layer of broken process underneath that. One that only shows up once you can actually follow the full invoice cycle.

That's one of the sharpest takeaways from a recent conversation with dealership finance leaders who've been through it. Worth a read.

Microsoft Dynamics GP is losing support at the end of 2029, and ERP migration conversations are already happening across finance teams.

How those migrations go depends almost entirely on one decision: do you use it as an opportunity to clean house, or do you pack up what you have and move it to a new address?

Most teams do the latter. Outdated workflows, risky customizations, manual AP workarounds, all of it lands in the new system looking exactly like it did in the old one.

The migration is your window. Use it wisely.

Having AP automation and having a better AP process are two different things.

89% of finance teams are running partial automation. Nearly half have seen little to no cost savings from it. The invoices are moving. The problems are still there.

If you can't measure whether your process is actually improving, you can't fix what's broken. This blog breaks down the metrics that tell you the truth.

Last week was a launch, in every sense of the word.

For the first time, we brought our entire go-to-market team - Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - into one room. We also officially opened the doors to our new St. Petersburg, Florida headquarters!!

Our new space was built to encourage collaboration and host customers, partners, and our own team. And last week we filled every inch of it. Workshops ran late and whiteboards filled up, real challenges were worked through in real time.

There is nothing wrong with a quick Zoom to connect, but there's nothing quite like getting everyone in the same room, as one team, figuring out what's next - together.

Here's to the rest of 2H, and to 2027!

Payment fraud isn't always caused by one major event. More often, it's the result of small control gaps that build up over time.

When approvals happen outside of a defined process, vendor changes aren't easy to track, or payment activity lacks visibility, it becomes much harder to identify risk before it's too late.

The reality? 76% of organizations reported attempted or actual payment fraud last year.

Join onPhase for a 15-minute session, where we'll break down where these control gaps commonly occur across the invoice-to-pay process and share practical ways AP teams can strengthen controls without creating more work.
