We're a private, family-owned business serving the greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area with Professional-Grade Security and Surveillance Products for Residential and Commercial applications. As we continue to grow, we need experienced, professional installers and service technicians to help maintain our commitment to service our customers but will be willing to train.
As a Service Technician/Installer, you will be the one who leaves a final impression of our company to our client, therefore, a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer-service oriented attitude is a must!
Required Skills/Experience
*Installation/Repair experience a plus
*Strong problem identification, resolution and cause analysis skill
* Practical knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
* General knowledge of local and national electrical and life safety codes
* Basic knowledge of IP Networking and Network Configuration is a MUST
* Advanced Networking / PC Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
* Comfortable reading blueprints & drawings
* Ability to operate hand and power tools
* Reliable transportation

* Valid drivers license and driving record

* Ability to self-direct tasks and manage schedule throughout the day
