Job Description: Nationwide Sales Representative (Multi-Location Franchise Focus)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nationwide Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will exclusively focus on cultivating and managing relationships with multi-location franchise customers across the country. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and establish our brand as the go-to solution for franchise businesses seeking innovative and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Targeted Prospecting: Identify and target multi-location franchise businesses across various industries, including retail, hospitality, food service, and more.
This will be done primarily via phone, email, and internet research. Travel is at your discretion.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within franchise organizations, including executives, franchise owners, and regional managers.
Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs and challenges of each franchise customer and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services, highlighting how they can drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and increase profitability for franchise businesses.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close sales agreements with multi-location franchise customers.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling to multi-location franchise customers.
Strong understanding of the franchise industry, including its structure, dynamics, and key players.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay:
20% Residual commission (this is a 1099 contract, commission-only role) Example: 150 locations at an average $200 per month spend = $6,000 in monthly commission
$300 one-time setup fee per closed account Example: A 25 location franchise at $300 per = $7,500 one-time payout
