Binary Banter Computer Repair is looking for a part-time computer repair technician to join our team in St. Helens.

You'd be a good fit if you're reliable, communicate well, and enjoy solving problems. Being comfortable with customers matters as much as being comfortable with computers.

What you'd do:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computers
• Hardware and software repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
• Work directly with customers
• Keep repairs organized and moving through the shop

Computer repair or IT experience is a plus, but dependability, a willingness to learn, and solid troubleshooting instincts count just as much.

We want to take a moment to apologize to our customers for the longer-than-normal wait times and the lack of communication some of you have experienced recently.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve had a much higher workload than expected, and unfortunately, we haven’t always done the best job of keeping everyone updated while their devices are in our care. We know how frustrating it can be to leave a computer with us, wait longer than expected, and not hear from us as often as you should.

While being busy is a good problem for a small business to have, it isn’t an excuse for poor communication. If we tell you we’re going to provide an update, you should receive one. If a repair is taking longer than expected, you should know why. That’s something we recognize we need to improve.

We are currently working through our backlog and making changes to help us get turnaround times back where they should be. We’re also adding additional help to the shop so that we can better handle the volume of repairs coming through our doors.

For those of you who have been waiting longer than expected, we sincerely appreciate your patience. And for those who have had trouble reaching us or getting an update, we apologize. We understand your frustration.

Binary Banter Solutions has always relied heavily on the support and trust of our local community, and we don’t take that trust for granted. Our goal isn’t simply to get caught up. It’s to make sure we’re providing the level of service and communication you should expect from us going forward.
