Job Responsibilities:
• Identify, interview and screen all levels of IT candidates to determine their qualifications, analyzing their responses, experience and knowledge in relation to our client's position requirements, while also considering their cultural fit for the client environment.
• Candidate Preparation – Prepare resume, submit consultant to client, track information, prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview details.
• Extensive contractor interaction and relationship building
• Develop and implement a pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
• Provide creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified IT professionals through employee referrals, social media, user group events etc.
• Networking and cold calling to source candidates is an important part of the job.
• Verify candidates work experience through conducting reference checks.
• Follow up on placed candidates to maintain strong relationship, proactively handle problems, and nurture productive employee/employer relationships.
Required skills:
• Minimum 1-2 years in Technical Recruiting with end to end, high volume experience in staffing industry
• Strong business ethics
• Strong communication and inter personal, written skills and negotiation skills

1. At least seven (7) years of working experience in the Information Technology or Information System
(IT/IS) fields with extensive experience in the areas of software testing and quality assurance, including
knowledge and experience overseeing testing portions of entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
to ensure quality, timely defect resolution(s), and software performance.
2. At least five (5) years of experience producing the following documents: testing requirements, testing
platform architecture, test plan and strategy, test specifications, test configuration for various tests such as
integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and stress & load testing.
3. At least five (5) years of experience preparing (i.e. setting & resetting) software testing harnesses including
test tools and test environments, as well as formulating test data sets and test cases for various types of
testing (e.g. system testing, functional testing, performance testing and regression testing).
4. At least five (5) years of experience using industry leading requirement management, test management
and defect tracking tools (e.g. HP ALM, JAMA, JIRA, Bugzilla).
5. At least five (5) years of experience analyzing business, functional and technical requirements and
translating them into test requirements and test cases.
6. At least five (5) years of experience executing test cases, analyzing test results, generating test reports,
identifying defects and/or anomalies, and fine-tuning test data or test cases.
7. Experience as a Test Analyst leading or participating in the implementation of Commercial Off-the-Shelf
Software (COTS) implementation projects.
8. Experience as a Test Analyst leading or participating in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or
other Human Resources management systems.
9. Experience as a Test Analyst with State or Federal government agencies.
10. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields from an accredited or
government sanctioned college/university

1. Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience testing and overseeing the testing of a Salesforce based system, with different software development life cycles (e.g., waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience using testing tools such as SoapUI, QuickTestPro (QTP), Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), Postman, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, IBM Rationale, or equivalent.
3. Minimum of three (3) years of total combined experience developing and maintaining Quality Assurance Test Plans, User Acceptance Test Plans and performing system functional and user acceptance testing with each of the following: Salesforce based applications, business rules, and Restful API’s.
4. Minimum of one (1) year of experience testing with various Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.).
5. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in test case scenario development to perform positive and negative testing of requirements maintaining forward and backwards traceability.
